OMA E. BLACKBURN
Oma E. Blackburn, 59, died Monday, August 15 1994, at her Paintsville
residence.
Mrs. Blackburn was born October 23 1934, in Floyd County, the daughter
of the late Henry Music and Hazel Martin.
She was a secretary for the Paintsville Housing Authority.
Surviving are her husband, Elbert Blackburn Jr.; one son, Elbert
Blackburn III of Paintsville; two daughters, Sandra Clark and Deborah
Carol Osborne, both of Paintsville; one brother, Russell Music of
Prestonsburg; two sisters, Sylvia Sparks, of Lexington; and Opal Jarvis
of Prestonsburg; and six grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Thursday August 18 at 11:00 a.m. at Jones-
Preston Funeral Home Chapel, with Gary Blair and Carl Baldridge
officiating.
Burial will be in Highland Memorial Park Cemetery at Staffordsville.
