Funeral services were held Sunday, Nov. 9, 11 a.m. at the Jones-
Preston Funeral Home Chapel for Judith Ann Lewis Blevins Blair, 66,
of East Point, Ky., who passed away Thursday, Nov. 6 at King’s
Daughters Medical Center in Ashland, Ky.
  
Mrs. Blair was born July 4, 1942 in Johnson County, Ky., daughter of
the late Mitchell and Mable LeMaster Lewis.
  
She was a bookkeeper. She was also preceded in death by one brother,
David Lewis.
  
Surviving are her husband, Fred Blair of East Point; one son, Todd
Blevins of Floyd County, Ky.; one daughter, Dedra Witten of Sitka,
Ky.; three brothers, Joe Lewis of Sunberry, Ohio, and Jeffery and
Hillary Lewis, both of Chestnut, Ky.; two sisters, Betty Ginter of
Dayton, Ohio, and Joy Audas of Monticello, Ky.; and two step-
grandchildren and five step-great-grandchildren.
  
The service was officiated by Ron Ward, with burial in the Highland
Memorial Park at Staffordsville, Ky.
  
Arrangements under the direction of the Jones- Preston Funeral Home
of Paintsville, Ky.
