Lowell Blair, 76, of Paintsville, died Thursday, June 30.
Born Jan. 19, 1935, he was the son of the late Cecil and Evla Hammond Blair.
He was owner/operator of the Blair Pet Shop, a member of the First United
Methodist Church and a U.S. Air Force veteran.
Survivors include his wife, Kay Castle Blair; a son, Anthony Lowell Blair of
Jeffersonville; two daughters, Theresa Jean Castillo of Jeffersonville and
Sheri Shelley of Orange Park, Fla.; six grandchildren; and four great-
grandchildren.
Funeral services were Sunday, July 3, at Preston Funeral Home, with Roy Penix
officiating.
Burial was in Highland Memorial Cemetery, Staffordsville, under direction of
Preston Funeral Home, Paintsville.
