LYDIA MARGARET BLAIR
1911-2001
Lydia Margaret Blair, 90, of Paintsville, died Saturday, Dec. 1, 2001 in
Paul B. Hall Medical Center in Paintsville.
Mrs. Blair was born Nov. 25, 1911, in Johnson County, a daughter of the
late Ross and Virgie Rivers Hannah.
She also was preceded in death by her husband, Hallock Blair, and a son,
Donald Ross Blair.
She was a homemaker.
Surviving are a brother, Alvis Hannah of Vanlue, Ohio, and four sisters,
Julia Hackworth of Bonanza, Eulah Blair of East Point, Eunice Swipes of
Troy, Ohio, and Edna Hackworth of Paintsville.
The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Jones-Preston Funeral Home in
Paintsville by the Rev. Jeff Burchett. Burial will be in Highland Memorial
Park in Staffordsville.
Friends may call from 6 to 10 p.m. today, all day Monday and before the
service Tuesday at the funeral home.
