WILLIS EUGENE BLAIR

Funeral services were held Thursday, Oct. 18, 11 a.m. at the Jones-
Preston Funeral Home Chapel for Willis Eugene Blair, 60, of Tutor
Key, Ky., who passed away Tuesday, Oct. 16 at his residence.
Mr. Blair was born Dec. 10, 1946 in Johnson County, Ky., son of the
late Vernie and Oralee Arms Blair.
He was a retired window cleaner.
He was also preceded in death by one sister, Wilma Lowe.
Surviving are his wife, Pauline Ramey Blair of Tutor Key; three
sons, Ricky Eugene Blair of Flat Gap, Ky., Scott Allen Blair of
Tutor Key, and Willis Blair II of Salyersville, Ky.; one daughter,
Susan Leann Napier of Tutor Key; four brothers, Vencil Pelphrey of
Sidney, Ohio, Wayne, James, and Robert Blair, all of Warsaw, Ind.;
and one sister, Anna Meade of Leesville, La.
The service was officiated by Doug Auxier Jr., with burial in the
Highland Memorial Park at Staffordsville, Ky.
