Lucille Daniels Blanton, 84, of Paintsville, died Wednesday, June 2, at
Mountain Manor Nursing Home, Paintsville.
Born Dec. 2, 1925, in Johnson County, she was the daughter of the late Frank
Daniels, and Izora Harless.
She was also preceded in death by her husband, Bill Blanton; two brothers,
Charles Lloyd Daniels and Frank Daniels Jr.; and seven sisters, Bessie
McCoart, Opal Richmond, Oma Daniels, Helen Witten, Irene Daniels, Ruby Ward
and Florene Hughes.
Survivors include a brother, Bob Daniels of Van Lear.
Funeral services were Friday, June 5, at Phelps and Son Funeral Home Chapel,
with Jeff Shurow officiating.
Burial was in Highland Memorial Park, Staffordsville, under direction of
Phelps and Son Funeral Home, Paintsville.
