Margaret Borders
1919–2002
Funeral services were conducted Saturday, March 30, at the
Paintsville Funeral Home Chapel for Margaret Borders, 82, who passed
away Wednesday, March 27 at Mt. Manor Nursing Home.
Mrs. Borders was born November 17, 1919 in Logan, W.Va., daughter of
the late Cyrus and Cora Castle Fairchild.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Russell Borders.
Surviving are two daughters, Marlene Crigger of Paintsville, and
Lenore Wilson of Belleview, Fl.; two sons, Russell Borders, Jr., of
Barstow, Ca, and Donald B. Borders of Volga; 11 grandchildren; 10
great- grandchildren.
The service was officiated by Rev. Terry Reffett, with burial
following in the Highland Memorial Park, Staffordsville.
