GOLDIE BOWEN

Goldie Mollett Bowen, 71, died Dec 6 in Good Samaritan Hospital, Lexington.
She was born in Johnson County, Jan 5, 1912, the daughter of Ed and Rose
Dutton Mollett. She was a resident of Frankfort and a member of the Freewill
Baptist church. Her husband, Ike Bowen, preceded her in death Dec 9, 1979.
Surviving are a son, Walter Bowen and a daughter, Ellene Estep, both of
Frankfort; five brothers, Jim, John, Ray, Ed Jr., and Frank Mollett; a sister
Buna Dutton, Boons Camp; and three grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Dec 9 in Jones-Preston Funeral Home Chapel with
Don Fraley officiating.
Burial was in Highland Memorial Park at Staffordsville.
