Howard Brown, 87, of Sitka, died Wednesday Jan.31 2001 in Paul B.
Hall Medical Center in Paintsville.
Mr. Brown was born April 14, 1913, in Johnson County, a son of
the late Joseph and Julie Robinson Brown.
He was a retired core driller.
Surviving are his wife, Monnie Collier Brown; a son, Joe N. Brown of
Winchester; and a grandchild. The funeral will be at 11 a.m.
Saturday at Jones-Preston Funeral Home in Paintsville by Harold
Keaton and Dick VanHoose.
Burial will be in Highland Memorial Park in Staffordsville.
Friends may call after 5 p.m. today at the funeral home.
A Masonic service will be at 7 tonight.
