Larry Brown, 63, of Sitka, died Friday, Sept. 15, 2006 at his
residence.
Born April 10, 1943, in Boyd County, he was a son of the late Paul
and Dolly Stambaugh Brown. He was a mechanic with Kelly's Radiator
Shop and a member of Kerz Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife, Mary Lou Long Brown of Sitka; a
daughter, Jennifer Rae Brown Barnett of Lawrenceburg; five
brothers, Ronald Meade of Prestonsburg, Vernon Brown of Louisa,
Richard Brown, Michael Brown, and Keith Brown, all of
Catlettsburg; and a sister, Barbara Chapman of Michigan.
Funeral services were Monday, Sept. 18, at Kerz Baptist Church,
with Paul Dean Meade officiating.
Burial was in Highland Memorial Cemetery, Staffordsville, under
direction of Preston Funeral Home, Paintsville.
