ELLA BURTON
1928-1998
Funeral services were held Tuesday, August 25, for Ella Burton,
69, who died Saturday, August 22, 1998 at Paul B. Hall Regional
Medical Center, Paintsville.
Mrs. Burton was born September 16 1928, in Johnson County to the
Elzie and Anna Blair.
She was also preceded in death by her husband, Harold Burton, on
August 17, 1978.
Surviving asre two sons, Harold and Ray Burton, both of Van Lear;
one daughter, Debbie Music of Van Lear; two brothers, Elmer
Robinson of Rochester, New York, and Elzie Robinson Jr. of
Nashville, Tennessee; one sister, Ida Mae Hopson of Hellier; and
seven grandchildren and one great- grandchild.
Officiating at services at Van Lear Freewill Baptist Church were
Dick Vanhoose and Roger Hill.
Burial was in Highland Memorial Park Cemetery at Staffordsville.
