Mae White Conley Butcher, 88, of Paintsville, died Thursday, March
7, 2002 at Paul B. Hall Regional Medical Center, Paintsville.
Born March 12, 1913, in Paintsville, a daughter of the late Heber
and Julia Hazlette Conley, she was a store manager.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Glen Butcher, and a
brother, James Heber Conley.
Survivors include two sons, Glen Richard Butcher of Tutor Key and
Eugene Stanley Butcher of Pikeville; two brothers, Robert Conley
and Morris Conley, both of Paintsville; a sister, Sue Sherman of
Paintsville; six grandchildren; and 10 great grandchildren.
Funeral services were conducted by Revs. Dr. Charles Milam and
Earl Moore Sunday, March 10, at First Baptist Church.
Burial was in Highland Memorial Park, Staffordsville.
Paintsville Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
