MARY SUE BUTCHER
1937-2004
Funeral services were held Thursday, January 22, 1 p.m. at the
Hager Hill Free Will Baptist Church for Mary Sue Butcher, 67, who
passed away Monday, January 19 at Highland Regional Medical Center
in Prestonsburg, Ky.
Mrs. Butcher was born January 18, 1937 in Thealka, Ky., daughter
of the late Dennis Charles and Hester Irene Burton Daniel.
She was a homemaker.
Surviving are her husband, Glenn Richard Butcher; two sons, Daniel
“Danny” Richard Butcher of Tutor Key, Ky. and Kenneth “Kenny”
Butcher of Van Lear, Ky.; one daughter, Nancye Kathryne Daniels of
Stambaugh, Ky.; one sister, Nancye Moore of Van Lear, Ky.; seven
grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
The service was officiated by Reverends Ronnie Spriggs and Steve
Hazlett, with burial in the Highland Memorial Park at
Staffordsville, Ky.
Arrangements under the direction of the Paintsville Funeral Home
of Paintsville, Ky.
