Forest G. Casebolt, 77, of Williamsport, died Wednesday, Aug. 31, in Ashland
Hospice House.
 
Born Nov. 28, 1933, at Larkslane, he was the son of the late Mckinley and
Alma Hayes Casebolt. He was a foreman with Bush/Burchett Construction, a
member of the Boons Camp Freewill Baptist Church and a U.S. Army veteran.
 
Survivors include his wife, Elsie Jewell Daniels Casebolt; three daughters,
Renee Lemaster of Paintsville, Karen Scott of Hager Hill and Kathy Barlow of
Staffordsville; five brothers, Riley Casebolt of Missouri; MacArthur Casebolt
of Beaver Creek, Ohio, Ed Casebolt of Green River, Chad Casebolt of Larkslane
and Jeffery Shane Casebolt of London; four sisters, Janice Combs of
LeFollette, Tenn., Joyce Amburgy of Waynesville, Ohio, Linda Amburgy of
Hindman and Deborah Combs of Hindman; five grandchildren; and two great-
grandchildren.
 
Funeral services will be Sunday, Sept. 4, at Boons Camp Freewill Baptist
Church, with Joe Scott, and Edd Hickman officiating.
 
Burial was in Highland Memorial Cemetery, Staffordsville, under direction of
Preston Funeral Home, Paintsville.
