BRUCE CASTLE
1928-2013
Bruce Castle, age 85, of Paintsville, Kentucky, passed away Monday,
April 22nd, 2013 at Mt. Manor of Paintsville.
Bruce was born March 26th, 1928 in Johnson County, Kentucky, son of
the late Walter and Sarah Clay Castle. In addition to his parents, he
is preceded in death by two brothers, Clarence Castle and Earl Castle,
and two sisters, Garnet Rice and Edith Taylor.
He is survived by his wife of 64 years, Jean Chandler Castle whom he
married on August 29th, 1948. To this union was born one daughter,
Deborah Castle Craft and husband Scott of Lowmansville, Kentucky
Also surviving four brothers, Ralph Castle of Johnson County,
Kentucky, Thomas Castle and Willard Castle both of Lowmansville,
Kentucky and Lawrence Castle of Columbus, Ohio.
Funeral services will be conducted 2:00 p.m. Friday, April 26th, 2013
in the Jones-Preston Funeral Chapel with David K. Castle and John
Hatton officiating.
Entombment will follow at the Highland Memorial Park, Staffordsville,
Kentucky.
Friends may call at Jones-Preston Funeral Home from 6:00 p.m. until
9:00 p.m. Thursday, April 25th, 2013 and after 9:00 a.m. until time of
service at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, April 26th, 2013.
