FAYE VERTICE CASTLE

Faye Vertrice Castle, 88, of Paintsville, died Thursday, Dec. 15
2005 at Paul B. Hall Regional Medical Center, Paintsville.
Born April 1, 1917, in Johnson County, she was a daughter of the
late Kenis and Ida Rice VanHoose. She was a retired sales clerk
with the Carolyn Clay Dress Shop.
She was also preceded in death by her husband, Arthur Castle; and
a brother, Dr. Edgel VanHoose.
Survivors include a brother, K. Douglas VanHoose of Paintsville;
and a sister, Wava Lemaster of Palm Coast, Fla.
Funeral services were Sunday, Dec. 18, at Paintsville Funeral Home
Chapel, Louisa, with Revs. Dan Heaberlin, Hoy Penix, and M.T.
Womack, Jr. officiating.
Burial was in Highland Memorial Park, Staffordsville, under
direction of Paintsville Funeral Home.
