Harry Winston Caudill, 85, of Nippa, died Wednesday, July 11, at Paul B. Hall
Medical Center.
Born Sept. 3, 1926, at Paintsville, he was the son of the late Elzia and
Litsha Fannin Caudill. He was a U.S. Navy veteran and a member of United Mine
Workers and Walnut Grove Freewill Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife, Opal Music Caudill; a son, Keith Winston Caudill
of Volga; three daughters, Peggy Conley of Stambaugh, Shirley Webb of
Nicholasville and Kathy McKenzie of Charleston, W.Va.; two brothers, Sam
Caudill of Blaine and Harvey Caudill of River; four grandchildren; and five
great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were Saturday, July 14, at Jones-Preston Funeral Chapel,
with Jimmy VanHoose and Jimmy McKenzie officiating.
Burial was in Highland Memorial Park, Staffordsville, under direction of
Jones-Preston Funeral Home, Paintsville.
