JAMES WINNIE CAUDILL
1924–2002
Funeral services were held Sunday, February 3, 11 a.m. at Auxier
Free Will Baptist Church for James Winnie “Dee” Caudill, 77, who
passed away Thursday, January 31 at his residence.
Mr. Caudill was born September 28, 1924 in Floyd County, son of
the late Winnie and Alice Burton Caudill.
He was preceded in death by two brothers, Carl Caudill and Willis
Sparks.
Surviving are his wife, Ada White Caudill; five daughters, Deanna
Leslie of Chapmanville, W.Va., Mary Reynolds of Glasgow, Tracey
Hedrick, Angel Diddle, and Jamie Caudill, all of Auxier.
The service was officiated by Bobby Joe Spencer and Roger Music,
with burial following in Highland Memorial Park, Staffordsville.
Arrangements were under the direction of Jones-Preston Funeral
Home.
