RICHARD LEE CAUDILL

Funeral services will be held Saturday, March 15, 1 p.m. at the
Locust Grove United Baptist Church at Stambaugh, Ky., for Richard Lee
Caudill, 49, of Lexington, Ky. formerly of Sitka, Ky., who passed
away Wednesday, March 12 at UK Medical Center in Lexington.
  
Mr. Caudill was born June 15, 1958, son of Loretta Castle Caudill of
Lexington and the late Ochal Caudill. He was a carpenter and a member
of the Lexington United Baptist Church.
  
Surviving in addition to his mother are his wife, Judy Carol Caudill
of Lexington; one son, Phil Matthew Caudill of Columbus, Ohio; one
brother, William Allen Caudill of Nicholasville, Ky.; four sisters,
Darlene Beam of Columbus, Rebecca Lynn Caudill and Sharon Gayle, both
of Lexington, and Wilma Jean Jenkins of Paintsville, Ky.; and two
very special little girls.
  
The service will be officiated by John G. Pelphrey, Jason, Lowry, and
Eual McKenzie and Ron Woodard, with burial in the Sparks Cemetery at
Blaine, Ky.
  
Arrangements under the direction of the Paintsville Funeral Home of
Paintsville.
