Corey Dane Cavins, 7, died Thursday, December 2 1999.
Corey was born August 21, 1992, in Floyd County, to Philip Dane
and Elizabeth Ann Poe Cavins.
He was a student at W.R. Castle Elementary.
Surviving are his parents; two brothers, Philip Cavins of
Lowmansville and Brandon Poe of Thealka; one sister, Gena Cavins
of Sitka; and his maternal grandparents, Alfred and Wanda Poe of
Charley.
Private graveside services were held Saturday, December 4, at
Highland Memorial Park at Staffordsville, with Roger Hill
officiating.
Jones-Preston Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
