Sandra Jewell (Judy) Cavins, 31, died Wednesday, July 23, in Good Samaritan
Hospital, Lexington.
Mrs. Cavins was born April 10, 1949, in Wabash, IN and was a resident of
Sitka.
Surviving are her parents, Hasidor Blanton and Anna Lee Profitt; her husband,
Phillip Cavins; two sons, David Price, Van Lear, and Phillip Jude Cavins,
Sitka; three daughters, Velvet Lynn Blanton, Columbus, OH, Anna Rose Price,
Van Lear, and Gina Rebecca Cavins, Sitka; two brothers, Larry Blanton, Grove
Port, OH, and Ricky Profitt, Columbus, OH; two sisters, Janet Setser,
Paintsville and Florence Reeves, Columbus, OH.
Funeral services were held Saturday, July 26, in Jones-Preston Funeral Home
Chapel with Lewis Rickette officiating.
Burial was in Highland Memorial Park, Staffordsville with Jones-Preston
Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
