Darla Deree May Clark, 40, died Thursday, June 28, 2001 at U.K.
Hospital, Lexington.
Mrs. Clark was born December 17, 1960, in Johnson County, to
Phyllis Jean Tackett and the late Jack Edward May.
Surviving are her husband, James A. Clark; three sons, James C.
Clark, Jeremy E. Clark and Johnathan C. Clark, all of Van Lear;
two daughters, Kamber May and Keilea May, both of Van Lear; two
step-daughters, April Wackerley of Wooster, Ohio; and Crystal
Stamper of Riceville; three brothers, James Clayton May of
Carlisle, Indiana; Joseph Richard May of Van Lear; and Bryce Layne
May of Charleston, West Virginia; four sisters, Marla Ellen May,
Sharla May and Arla May Eskridge, all of Van Lear; and Carla
Colleen Blair of Whiteside, Tennessee.
Also surviving are three step-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Monday, at the Jones-Preston Funeral
Home Chapel.
Officiating the service was Paul Wayne Browning and Donnie Witten.
Burial followed at the Highland Memorial Park, Staffordsville.
