JOSH WILSON COLE
1932-1983
Hager Hill resident Josh Wilson Cole, 45, died May 22 in Highlands Regional
Medical Center after an extended illness.
Mr. Cole was born June 11, 1932 in Whitewood, VA. He was manager of the
Paintsville-Prestonsburg Airport.
Surviving are his mother, Mrs. Thelma Cole Deane, Hager Hill; his wife, Gail
Cole; a son, Michael Josh Cole, and three daughters, Lori Jean Houston,
Kellie Cole and Kimberly Cole, all of Hager Hill; two brothers, Henry Cole,
Hager Hill and Carter Cole, Freemont, CA; a sister, Lena Cole McDonald, Hager
Hill, and one grandson.
Funeral services were held May 24 in Jones-Preston Funeral Home Chapel with
Lindsey Davis officiating.
Entombment was in Highland Memorial Park Mausoleum.
