Tracy Michelle Collins, two-year- old daughter of Michael and Judy
Ward Collins of Paintsville, died Tuesday, September 14, 1971,
after and extended illness.
She was born Saturday, October 19, 1968.
Surviving, in addition to the parents, are the maternal
grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Hobart Ward, and the paternal
grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Carl Collins.
C.C. Hall and Cecil Sherman conducted services Thursday, September
16, 1971, at the First freewill Baptist Church in Paintsville.
Burial followed at Highland Memorial Park.
The Jones-Preston Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
