Miss Wendy Michelle Collins, infant daughter of Danny Eugene and Beverly
Short Collins of Van Lear died Saturday, July 26 shortly following her birth
on Friday, July 25 at an Ashland hospital.
Surviving besides her parents are her maternal grandparents, Tom and Betty
Short and paternal grandparents, William and Billie Collins.
Funeral services were conducted Monday, July 28, in the Chapel of the Jones-
Preston Funeral Home with Reverend Lee Music officiating.
Burial was in Collins Cemetery at Van Lear with Jones-Preston Funeral Home in
charge of arrangements.
