ALLENE COLVIN
1938-2005
Funeral services were held Sunday, January 23, 2 p.m. at the
First Baptist Church in Paintsville, Ky., for Allene Blair
Colvin, 66, of Paintsville, Ky., who passed away Thursday,
January 20 at Paul B. Hall Regional Medical Center in
Paintsville, Ky.
Mrs. Colvin was born July 8, 1938 in Johnson County, Ky.,
daughter of Lonnie Blair and the late Neva Pack Blair.
She worked for Paul B. Hall Regional Medical Center with the
Disease Control Administration.
She was also preceded in death by one brother, Elwood Blair.
Surviving are her husband, James F. Colvin of Paintsville, Ky.;
two sons, Mike (Kelly), and Mark (Anita) Colvin, both of
Paintsville, Ky.; two sisters, Peggy Legg of Frankfort, Ky., and
Diane Dozier of Georgetown, Ky.; three grandchildren.
The service was officiated by the Rev. Donnie Patrick, with
burial in the Highland Memorial Park at Staffordsville, Ky.
