ALTA CONLEY

Alta Conley, 87, died October 5 in Riverview Manor Nursing Home,
Prestonsburg.
Born May 3, 1896, in Johnson County, she was the daughter of William and
Arminta Rice Conley, and a resident of West Van Lear.
Surviving are four sisters, Maxine Goble, West Van Lear, Mae McCloud, Boone,
NC, Ocie Akers, Madison, IN , and Vertrice Howard, Tucson, AZ.
Funeral services held October 8 in Jones-Preston Funeral Home Chapel with
Kenneth Carlos Goble officiating.
Burial was in Richmond Cemetery at Paintsville.
