BETTY JEAN CONLEY
1926-1979
Betty Jean O’Bryan Conley, 53, died Tuesday, October 30, 1979 in
St. Mary’s Hospital, Huntington, W.Va., after an extended illness.
Mrs. Conley was born September 6, 1926, in Johnson County, the
daughter of Clyde and Pearl Blankenship O'Bryan.
She was a resident of Ashland, retired employee of Federal Youth
Center in Summit, and a member of the Methodist Church and Eastern
Star No. 431, Van Lear.
Surviving in addition to her mother is her husband, James H.
Conley.
Funeral services were held Saturday, November 3, 1979, in Mayo
United Methodist Church, Paintsville, with Rev. Roy Chison
officiating.
Burial was in Highland Memorial Park, Staffordsville, with Jones-
Preston Funeral Home handling arrangements.
