Charles F. Conley, 82, of Oil Springs, died Friday, Nov. 29, at his
residence.
  
Born July 20, 1931, at Oil Springs, he was the son of the late Charlie
and Elva Conley. He was a retired heavy equipment operator and member of
the Pentecostal church.
  
Survivors include two daughters, Julie Tackett of Oil Springs and Sheila
Conley of Sitka; two sons, Anthony Conley of Oil Springs and Marcus
Conley of Staffordsville; a brother, Richard Conley of Staffordsville; a
sister, Arlene Blair of Paintsville; 10 grandchildren; and three great-
grandchildren.
  
Funeral services were Tuesday, Dec. 3, at Paintsville Funeral Home
Chapel, with Chad Blair and Brad Kimbler officiating.
  
Burial was in Highland Memorial Park Cemetery, Staffordsville, under
direction of Paintsville Funeral Home, Paintsville.
