PAUL E. CONLEY

At the age of 50, Paul E.Conley passed away after a brief illness
Tuesday, June 17 1975 at a Lexington hospital.
He was born October 29, 1924 in Johnson County, the son of Vern
and Myrtle McFaddin Conley.
Mr. Conley was employed by the city of PaintsvIlle as an assistant
fire chief.
Surviving are his mother; two sons, Paul Thomas Conley of South
Boston, Massachusetts, and Michael S. Conley of Paintsville; a
daughter, Patricia Ann Clayton, also of South Boston; six
brothers, George Conley of Thealka; Charles Conley of Mansfield,
Ohio; Robert Conley of Oak Harbor, Ohio; and Harold Conley of
Mariox, Indiana; and Bill Conley, and Clifford Conley, both of
Paintsville; and one grandchild.
Funeral services were held at the chapel of the Jones-Preston
Funeral Home, Wednesday, June 18. Officiating ministers were the
Reverends DOn Fraley and Norman Roberts.
Burial took place at the Highland Memorial Park Cemetery at
Staffordsville, under the direction of Jones Preston Funeral Home.
