WALTER CONLEY
1895-1976
Walter Conley, 81, died Thursday, December 9, at his Frank Street home after
an extended illness.
Mr. Conley was born January 11, 1895, at Oil Springs, a son of John and Haley
Meade Conley.
He was a retired merchant. His wife, Bessie Blanton Conley, preceded him in
death on December 27, 1971.
Surviving are two sisters, Mrs. Roy Vencil and Miss Susan Conley, both of
Paintsville.
Funeral services were held Saturday, December 11, in the Paintsville Funeral
Home Chapel with Rev. Charles Stapleton officiating.
Burial was in Highland Memorial Park at Staffordsville with Paintsville
Funeral Home handling arrangements.
