WENDELL RAY CONLEY
1907-1996
Wendell Ray Conley, 88, died Saturday, May 11, 1996 at his home.
He was born September 3,1907, in Johnson County, the son of
Benjamin Franklin and Dora Meade Conley.
He is survived by his wife, Zora May Combs Conley, one daughter,
Brenda Ann Conley Adams of Paintsville; five sisters, Hazel
Johnson of Morehead; Florence Meade of Vanceburg; Fern Lyon of
Blaine; Ruth McKenzie of Flat Gap; Anna Jewell Beculhimer of
Columbus, Ohio; one grandchild and one great grandchild.
Services were held Tuesday, May 14, 1996, at First United
Methodist Church.
Burial followed at Highland Memorial Park in Staffordsville.
