David Eugene Cook, 39, of Meally, died Friday, March 22, 2002 at his
residence.
Born June 1, 1962, in Johnson County, a son of Walter Cook and Delphia
Marie Montgomery Page, he was a laborer with B and S Plumbing and
Electric.
Survivors include three daughters, Melissa Cook, Christy Cook and
Sherry Cook, all of Paintsville; two brothers, James Page of
Paintsville and Tim Allen Page of West Van Lear; and two sisters,
Regina Williams of West Van Lear and Lorraine Music of Paintsville.
Funeral services were conducted by Rev. Dick VanHoose Sunday, March 24,
at Jones Preston Funeral Home Chapel, Paintsville.
Burial was in Highland Memorial Park, Staffordsville.
Jones Preston Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
