Kandi Renee Elizabeth Tackett Cook, 18, of Oil Springs, died
Saturday, Dec. 15, 2007 at Paul B. Hall Regional Medical Center,
Paintsville.
Born May 15, 1989, in Willard, Ohio, she was a daughter of John
Tackett of Oil Springs, and Tammy Isaac Laney of Waverly, Ohio.
Additional survivors include her husband, Donald Cook of Oil
Springs; a son, Zander Tackett of Oil Springs; step-dad, Terry
Laney of Waverly; grandmother, Beulah Estep of Oil Springs; a
brother, Nick Fuller of Flat Gap; a step-brother, John Laney of
Mansfield, Ohio; and two sisters, Jamie Cisco of Flat Gap and
Sandra Tackett of Oil Springs.
Funeral services were Wednesday, Dec. 19, at Jones-Preston Funeral
Home Chapel, Paintsville, with Jeff Baldridge officiating.
Burial was in Highland Memorial Park Cemetery, Staffordsville,
under direction of Jones-Preston Funeral Home.
