Billie S. Cooper, 91, of Paintsville, died Friday, Dec. 30, at Paul B. Hall
Medical Center.
Born June 10, 1920, at Whitesville, she was the daughter of the late William
Robert and Octavia Musselman Richardson Stewart. She was a bookkeeper with
the Community Action Program.
She was also preceded in death by her husband, Clarence C. Cooper.
Survivors include two daughters, Jamie Williams of Lexington and Sue Ann Gray
of Paintsville; two grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were Sunday, Jan. 1, at Jones-Preston Funeral Home Chapel,
with Wes Stedtefeld officiating.
Burial was in Highland Memorial Park, Staffordsville, under direction of
Jones- Preston Funeral Home, Paintsville.
