Lottie Short Conley, 81, of Thelma, died Tuesday, Aug. 31, at
Prestonsburg Health Care, Prestonsburg.
Born Feb. 17, 1923, in Johnson County, she was a daughter of the
late Gervin and Frankie Phelps Short.
She was a housewife.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Stelson (Ted) Conley.
Survivors include three daughters, Barbara Collins of Thelma,
Cheryl Vanhoose of Beaver Creek, Ohio, and Teddie Ratliff of
Paintsville; and two sisters, Ruth Collins of Dayton, Ohio, and
Delores Campigotto of Beaver Creek, Ohio.
Funeral services were Thursday, Sept. 2, at Phelps and Son Funeral
Chapel, Paintsville, with Dave Flanery officiating.
Burial was in Highland Memorial Park, Staffordsville, under
direction of Phelps Funeral Home.
