Veva Mae Crace, 85, of Oil Springs, died Sunday, Oct. 27.
  
Born Dec. 2, 1927, in Magoffin County, she was the daughter of the
late Parker and Evelyn Pigg West.
  
She was retired from the Oil Springs Post Office, and a member of the
Oil Springs Homemakers and the National League of Postmasters.
  
She was also preceded in death by her husband, Harry Crace.
  
Survivors include a son, John Crace of Oil Springs; a daughter, Vicki
M. Rice of Oil Springs; a brother, Robert West of The Villages, Fla.;
a sister, Eula West of Santa Fe, Calif.; four grandchildren; and 12
great-grandchildren.
  
Funeral services will be 2 p.m. today, Wednesday, Oct. 30, at Oil
Springs United Methodist Church, with John Back and Charles Gearheart
officiating.
  
Burial will be in Highland Memorial Park, Staffordsville, under
direction of Paintsville Funeral Home, Paintsville.
