ELLIS CRUM

Retired miner Ellis Crum, 62, died Friday, January 29,1999 at Paul B.
Hall Regional Medical Center.
 
Mr. Crum was born March 18, 1932, in Floyd County, to the late Oliver
and Stella Conn Crum.
 
He was a veteran of the U.S. Marines.
 
Surviving are his wife, Marie Crum; two sons, Oliver Lee Crum of
Paintsville and Maynard Crum of Alexandria, Virginia; three daughters,
Brenda Sue Daniels and Lisa Gay Dye, both of Warsaw, Indiana, and
Barbara Jean Crum of Allen; one stepson, Keith Fairchild of
Paintsville; two stepdaughters, Rita Baldridge and Sonya Lynn Harvey,
both of Paintsville; one brother, Clifford Crum of Floyd County; and 10
grandchildren and two greatgrandchildren.
 
Funeral services were held Monday, February 1, at Jones Preston Funeral
Home Chapel, with Ted Dawson officiating.
 
Burial was in Highland Memorial Park at Staffordsville.
