EUNICE PEGGY DANIEL
1892-1973
Eunice Peggy Daniel, 81, of Paintsville, died Sunday, December 15, in a local
hospital after an extended illness. She was born in Johnson County on
December 2, 1892, the daughter of the late George C. and Minnie Rice Conley.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Daniel.
Surviving are a step daughter, Mrs. Roger Byrd of Riverston, NJ, five nieces,
Eunice Johnson, Jean Faulkner, Ann Murray, Maxine Blanton and Margie Ratliff
and a sister, Myrl Dallas of Paintsville.
Services were held Tuesday, December 18, in the Pentecostal Church of Christ
with Reverend Melvin Blanton officiating.
Burial was in the Highland Memorial Park Cemetery at Staffordsville with
arrangements under the direction of the Jones-Preston Funeral Home.
