ROGER DANIEL
1945-1994
Jones-Preston Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements for Roger Daniel,
48, who died Thursday, March 24 at Highlands Regional Medical Center.
Mr. Daniel was born December 16, 1945, in Johnson County, the son of the late
Thomas David and Shirley Pelphrey Daniel.
He was a miner and veteran of the U. S. Army.
Surviving are two sons, Roger, Jr., and John Roger, both of Jenkins, two
daughters, Ratchel Alka Daniel and Mary Carol Daniel, both of Jenkins; two
stepdaughters, Barbara Collins and Ada Collins, both of Jenkins; and one
sister, Edna Lanell Meade of Tutor Key.
Funeral services were held Saturday, March 26 at Jones-Preston Funeral Home
Chapel.
Burial was in Highland Memorial Park at Staffordsville.
