ESTILL DANIELS
1916-1989
Estill Daniels, 73, died Wednesday, September 13, in Highlands Regional
Medical Center.
Mr. Daniels was born April 6, 1916 in Johnson County, the son of Alonzo
Daniels and Alice Daniels.
He was a retired miner.
Surviving are his wife, Beatrice Daniels; 2 sons, Nick Daniels and Jerry W.
Daniels, both of Van Lear; 6 daughters, Lois Huffman and Teresa McCoart both
of Van Lear, Patricia Stein of Lakeview, NY, Joyce Butcher of Barco, NC and
Sue Judy and Sandra Dennison both of Wabash, IN; one brother, Cecil Daniels
of Lowmansville; one sister, Hazel Fisher of Titusville, Fl; 17
grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Saturday, September 16, in Jones-Preston Funeral
Home Chapel, with Charles Banks officiating.
Burial was in Highland Memorial Park at Staffordsville.
