Fannie Daniels, 71, of East Point succumbed to a lengthy illness on
Wednesday, March 6, 1971.

The daughter of the late Washington "Wash" and Emma Spradlin Leek,
 she was born June 11, 1902 in Floyd County.

Mrs. Daniels was a member of the East Point Church of Christ and
had been preceded in death by her husband, Frank Daniels, on
September 7, 1970.

Surviving are one son, Joe Jack of Hardy, Kentucky; a brother,
John Leek of East Point and a sister, Lottie Stambaugh, also of
East Point, two grandchildren and one great grandchild.

Reverend Bill Ford officiated at funeral services held Friday,
March 8, in the Chapel of the Jones-Preston Funeral Home.

Burial was in the Highland Memorial Park at Staffordsville, with
arrangements under the direction of the Jones-Preston Funeral Home.
