ELLIS DELONG
1911-1984
Ellis Delong, 72, died May 21 in Highlands Regional Medical Center. He was
born in Johnson County, August 14, 1911, the son of John T. and Dora Hyden
Delong.
He was a resident of Hager Hill, a retired miner, and a member of the Church
of Christ.
Surviving are his wife, Lottie Auxier Delong; 2 brothers, Ernest Delong of
Wabash, IN, and Virgil Delong of Findley, OH and a sister, Dorothy George of
Findlay, OH.
Funeral services were conducted by Rev. Bennie Blankenship in the Jones-
Preston Funeral Home Chapel on May 24.
Burial was in Highland Memorial Park at Staffordsville.
