BESSIE EALEY
1896-1964
Bessie Ealey, 68, died December 23, 1964 at home after a brief
illness.
Born December 10 1896, she was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Frank
Clark and had been a resident of Paintsville several years. She was
a member of the Freewill Baptist Church.
She is survived by her husband Charles Fraley, Paintsville; three
sons, Oliver and John Ealey, Paintsville and Charles Ealey Jr.,
Dayton, Ohio.
Other survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Ann Adkins, Mt. View
Alaska, and Mrs. Dorothy Nelson, West Van Lear, three brothers and
one sister.
Funeral services were conducted at the Jones-Preston Funeral Home,
December 26, with the Rev. Willard Wilcox officiating.
Pallbearers were John D. Sellards, Kermit Spradlin, Phillip Nelson,
Lowell Stambaugh, Donald Hampton, James Nelson.
Burial was in the Highland Memorial Park, Staffordsville.
