Margaret Catherine Hayes O'Bryan, 78, of Paintsville, died
Wednesday, Dec. 15, at her residence.
Born Feb. 1, 1926, in Buckum County, N.C., she was a daughter of the
late Floyd Bascom and Margaret Paris Hayes.
She was a retired merchant.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Walter O'Bryan.
Survivors include a son, Walter Steven O'Bryan of Paintsville; two
brothers, Horace Hayes of Charlotte, N.C., and Charles Bascom Hayes
of Hendersonville, N.C.; and a grandchild.
Funeral services will be 11 a.m. today, Friday, Dec. 17, at Jones-
Preston Funeral Home Chapel with Tobe Wheeler officiating.
Visitation will be 9 a.m. until time of service on Friday.
Burial will be in the Highland Memorial Park, Staffordsville, under
direction of Jones-Preston Funeral Home.
