Benjamin F. Osborne, 62, of Stambaugh, died Sunday, July 11, 2004
at University of Kentucky Medical Center, Lexington.
Born Oct. 4, 1941, in Letcher County, he was a son of the late Flem
and Elizabeth Stambaugh Osborne. He was a welder.
He was preceded in death by a son, Benjamin Matthew Osborne; two
brothers, Jack Osborne and Charles Osborne; and two sisters,
Kathleen Osborne and Juanita Osborne Fritter.
Survivors include his wife, Lois Caudill Osborne of Stambaugh; a
step-son, David Pack of Stambaugh; two daughters, Belinda Lou Kouns
of Inez, and Benita Allison Osborne of Hopkinsville; a sister,
Barbara Quillen of Stambaugh; and five grandchildren.
Funeral services were Tuesday, July 13, at Tom's Creek Free Will
Baptist Church with James Kelly Caudill and Larry Smith
officiating.
Burial was in Highland Memorial Park, Staffordsville, under
direction of Jones-Preston Funeral Home, Paintsville.
