DEXTER PATTON SR
1911-2000
Funeral services will be held Saturday, February 5,2000 for
Dexter Patton Sr., 88, of Paintsville, who died February 2 2000
at King's Daughters' Medical Center, Ashland.
Mr. Patton was born July 25, 1911, in Magoffin County, to the
late Reese and Carrie Arnett Patton.
He was a retired clerk.
He was also preceded in death by his wife, Helen Marie Patton.
Surviving are one son, D.J. Patton Jr. of Lexington; three
daughters, Margaret Rogers of Lexington, Martha Mefford of
Raceland and Marlene White of Richmond, Virginia; and nine
grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Officiating at 11 a.m. services at Paintsville Funeral Home
Chapel will be Rev. Terry Browning.
Burial will be in Highland Memorial Park at Staffordsville.
