THOMAS H. PELPHREY

Thomas H. Pelphrey, 80, of Toledo, Ohio, died Sunday, March
18, 2007 at his residence.
Born April 15, 1926, at Denver, he was a son of the late
Labe and Lou Williams Pelphrey.
Survivors include his wife, Rita Opfermann Pelphrey of
Toledo; seven sons, Thomas Pelphrey Jr., Gary Opfermann,
Bill Opfermann, Alan Opfermann, Jim Opfermann, Thomas
Opfermann and John Opfermann; 10 daughters, Wanda Lou Lewis,
Rebecca Smith, Nancy Lake, Roxann Opfermann, Virginia
Weeman, Vicki Oberski, Judith Simmons, Mary Sopsack, Susan
Opfermann and Annette Opfermann; two sisters, Juanita
Holbrook and Doris Jean Borders; many grandchildren; and
several great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be 1 p.m. today, Friday, March 23, at
Tarklan United Baptist Church, Paintsville, with Paul
Pelphrey officiating.
Burial will be in Highland Memorial Park Cemetery,
Staffordsville, under direction of Paintsville Funeral Home.
Visitation will be held today until time of service at the
church.
