GAYLORD PERKINS

Funeral services were held Tuesday, January 9, for Gaylord
(Gail) Perkins, 87, who died Sunday, January 7, 1996 at Paul B.
Hall Medical Center.
Mr. Perkins was born February 21,1908, in Floyd County, the son
of the late Robert Perkins and Annie Kelsey.
He was a retired miner.
Also preceding him in death was his wife, Manda Perkins, on
October 14,1995.
Surviving are two sons, Robbie Perkins of West Van Lean and Don
Perkins of Phoenix, Arizona; one brother, Pete Perkins of
Irondale, Ohio; two sisters, Ethel Collins of Paris, Tennessee,
and Elizabeth Triplett of Finley, Ohio; and five grandchildren,
six great-grandchildren and one great-great- grandchild.
Officiating at services at Jones Preston Funeral Home Chapel
were Manford Fannin and Dick VanHoose.
Burial was in Highland Memorial Park at Staffordsville.
