Larry Perkins, 57, of Madison, Ind., formerly of Van Lear, died Tuesday, Oct.
23, at King’s Daughters Medical Center, Ashland.
Born Jan. 25, 1955, in Johnson County, he was the son of the late Frank and
Ruby Ramey Perkins.
Survivors include three brothers, Bobby Perkins of Van Lear, Jimmy Perkins of
Wabash, Ind., and Roger Perkins of Madison, Ga.; and four sisters, Sue Still
of Wabash, Sheila Jefferson of Waverly, Ohio, Lisa VanHoose of Pikeville and
Dorothy Ratliff of Wakinsville, Ga.
Funeral services were Saturday, Oct. 27, at Van Lear Enterprise Baptist
Church, with Roger Hill officiating.
Burial was in Highland Memorial Park, Staffordsville, under direction of
Phelps and Son Funeral Home, Paintsville.
